Lifestyle Principals

Lifestyle programs are specifically designed to help you become more familiar with and feel at ease with all three pillars of good health. Jacqueline will lovingly guide you to work past your obstacles and towards your goals to vibrant health.

Programs are based on 3 underlying principles:


1- Learning to love REAL food.

The dietary choices we make are the foundation for a new beginning. Our food determines the quality of our blood, which affects our cells, tissues and organs, even our minds. You will be guided towards a whole food based diet that will be simple enough to stick with and will never leave you feeling deprived. Only by eating healthy foods can we truly strengthen our physical bodies.


2-Learning to love movement

Physical movement is so much more than just support for losing weight. Moving our bodies on a regular basis helps support pain-free movement, healthy organ function, restful sleep, disease prevention and better mind body awareness. You will be guided to find a type of movement that fits your lifestyle and brings you joy.


3- Loving the world around us.

Our emotional state affects our health just as much as the food we put into our bodies.  Stress-levels, primary relationships, and even the little things we tell ourselves on a daily basis have a tremendous impact on our physical bodies. We will work on reducing stress levels and introducing easily implemented self care routines to help you create peace in your day to day life.
